A good coach helps you to remember who you truly are

My mission is to help leaders become their best selves and to achieve both success and true happiness in their work.  I derive great joy and satisfaction from helping my clients to achieve their goals.

I love watching my clients overcome obstacles, inspire genuine enthusiasm and commitment in their employees, and build organizations that provide value to their customers and the world. 

Unlike many executive coaches, I have personally experienced the challenges of leadership, growth, and change from the inside.  In my former career, I was a top HR executive for global organizations including NICE Systems, Havas, GfK Market Research, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and Internet Brands. 

I have helped companies to:

  • Develop their leadership teams.
  • Build their strategic plans.
  • Deepen their mission, vision, and values.
  • My leadership team is not stepping up as we grow. How can I help them do this?
  • Improve their employee engagement.

From this experience, I gained valuable insights into how effective leadership can drive or impede success.  I have coached hundreds of executives and high-potential employees to help them break through obstacles and achieve their goals.
